陆地棉黄萎病抗性的分子标记辅助选择效果

Effect of Molecular Marker Assisted Selection to Verticillium Wilt Resistance in Upland Cotton Breeding

摘要: 采用分子标记辅助选择技术将与陆地棉黄萎病抗性相关的18个SSR标记用于大田辅助选择育种。结果表明,18个标记中的BNL1721、BNL2733和BNL3452标记在有/无标记基因型个体间病指差异显著,且选择效应能够在不同世代间稳定遗传。通过对单标记、多标记选择效应比较,发现不同标记间配制辅助选择最优组合可以实现选择效应的最大叠加。

Abstract: To aim at improving the selective efficiency of Verticillium wilt resistance in upland cotton breeding, the molecular marker assisted selection is used.  18 SSR markers related to Verticillium wilt resistance have been chosen. Among them, three markers, BNL1721、BNL2733 and BNL3452, presented remarkable differential disease index between markered and non-markered genotypes. Research showed that the selective effect could stably inherited in different generations. After comparing single marker and multiple markers' assisted efficiency, we have come to the conclution that use different markers to make optimal combination can maximize the synergy selective efficiency.
