Research in Nitrogen Fertilization Recommendation Base on Plant of Two Cotton Genotypes

Abstract:Under drip irrigation condition,field experiments were conducted to study two different cotton genotypes nitrogen diagnosis and topdressing recommendation by measuring NO3 concentration of the fourth expanding petiole with Reflectoquanto. The results showed:that the petiole nitrate concentration in two cotton genotypes was significantly positive correlated with rates of N applied and yields. It was unnecessary to take the genotypic difference into account in a reasonable nitrogen topdressing and high fertility field.
