棉花抗黄萎病分子标记研究进展

摘要:利用分子标记技术对棉花品种类群的划分与系谱分析基本一致。抗黄萎病分子标记技术研究在棉花抗病育种的标记辅助筛选中逐渐发挥作用, 但还没有得到棉花抗黄萎病基因克隆。通过转几丁质酶基因、β-1,3葡聚糖酶基因以及转葡萄糖氧化酶基因等,得到了一些抗病品种。棉花分子辅助抗病育种成效较低的原因主要包括:黄萎病遗传规律的复杂性、标记和遗传图谱研究的滞后性、标记距离较远和 QTL定位的不精确性以及基因上位性的存在和抗病 QTL筛选与育种过程相分离等。应该利用不同的方法和手段加强棉花遗传和分子连锁图谱的构建,在棉花全基因组开展 QTL定位,从而提高棉花抗病育种的目标性。
